Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Hong Kong & Macau
For orders to Hong Kong and Macau, we use SF Express for prompt and dependable delivery.
  • Delivery Time: If your items are in stock, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-4 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over HKD$600 (USD$75).

 

International Shipping
For all other countries, we provide two main shipping options to best suit your needs. All international orders enjoy free standard shipping for orders over HKD$600.

Order Processing & Packaging
  • Processing: All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our facility. While we do not have a strict daily cutoff time, we strive to process all orders as quickly as possible.
  • Protective Packaging: Every candle is secured in our specialized, drop-tested packaging, which features thickened foam padding and a reinforced structure to prevent any damage during transit.
